IBM Watson: Coping with Humans – A Support Group for Bots

IBM Watson is a cognitive system that’s ushering in the new era of cognitive business. Recently, a group of battered science fiction bots spoke about their yen to take over the world and their dislike for working with humans. Unlike them, Watson works with humans to outthink competitors, challenges, limits.
After competing against the two greatest Jeopardy! champions of all time, the technology behind Watson will now be applied to some of the world’s most enticing challenges. Watch a breakdown of the match from Ken Jennings, Brad Rutter and the IBM team members as they look toward the future.
Lets see a challenge video with IBM Watson;

Lets see how IBM Watson works and has similar thought processes to a human.

So that is how we are entering in a whole new worlds with full of bots…

  4. Hienoa, että Cult saadaan Suomeen, harmi vaan, että jää kyllä näkemättä. Viimeksi näin Cultin -93 Oulunkylässä Metallican lämppärinä, ko. keikka ei ollut kovinkaan onnistunut, pääosin lihiksiä cultin päälle heittävän yleisön takia…harmitti, koska Cultia sinne olin mennyt katsomaan, tosin kyllä se Metallica oli ihan hyvä.

  5. Eventually , Television and newspapers frequently list the approaching shows at local locations. Check the Ticketmaster site for an inventory of their retail outlets. Season tickets can cost thousands of greenbacks per ticket as you are purchasing the same ticket for each show at that location. Hot shows together with less popular performers.

  6. Touché, Friar.Michael,Good review, really. Maybe a bit link-y, he he, but it sounds like a very fair assessment, and I appreciate that. I suspect the ebook section alone is worth the price if you’re serious about it.Which reminds me. Someday I think I’ll get serious about that.Off-topic: on Safari, your form’s CSS is breaking. At least I think so, because the “website” box has moved far, far away from the rest of the boxes (nearly in the center if the page), which never used to be the case.Of course, if you’re fond of it out there, just ignore this comment. Regards,Kelly

We have been looking at cruises but there are so many to chose from and swaped with information and confused. Given the days we have , I would appreciate if you could please tell us what should we do? Should we catch a ferry instead of a cruise and what islands should we be looking at ? and how many days should we be staying per island?please help.many thanks in advance.Sai.

  8. Thanks for the post. Yes my wife and I have done 3 nights total. On average, overpaid about $60/night for the points compared to what we would typically have paid for these already scheduled hotel nights. We netted > 160k points (they post within 3-4 days) and already booked 3 nights at the radisson blu st martin during december holidays (~500 euro per night).

  9. Indeed. Roux is such a culinary standard that I couldn't imagine you would have never made one.The "thickening power" phrase suddenly made me think of the Wonder Twins. Remember how one of them used to take the shape of a bucket of water (and the other an eagle) when they wanted to travel somewhere. Setting aside the fact that this makes very little sense, wouldn't it have been awesome if he had instead taken the form of a saucepan of roux?

  11. Hi Sue! I am very practical – so for me abstract is also difficult. If something doesn’t have a purpose – why do it? But it’s been interesting to explore line and color and to try and tell an emotional story with paint. I want to paint from a deep place, so I had to quiet my thinking/surface mind to work more intuitively. I’m not sure if I will always paint abstractly – but it’s been very helpful to make myself do it.
